UPS Ground Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Please allow 1-2 days for your items to be shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the United States.

Unfortunately because of certain state and local laws, we are unable to ship to the following states:

Alaska
California
Connecticut
Hawaii
Illinois
Massachusetts
New Jersey
New York
Washington D.C.

Any orders with an address from the above states will be canceled and charged a $5 cancellation fee.

What is our return policy?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. This means damage to the products themselves and does not include damage to the packaging or boxes. Products must be returned within 21 days of your order date.

To start a return, please email us at chrisf@aurora-worx.com so we can send you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to complete. We will not issue a refund for any products returned to our shop that do not have an approved RMA form on file.

You must complete the RMA form in full. All damage must be recorded on your form and you must supply pictures documenting the damage. Once you complete and return the form, we will review it to determine whether your products are eligible to be returned. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so that you can send the damaged products back to us. You’re responsible for properly packing and securing your products to protect them from damage during shipment back to us. Once we receive and examine your return we will send you a replacement or issue you appropriate store credit. Only products in good, new/sellable condition will receive a full credit, unless the damage occurred in transit to you and you properly notified and documented the damage in your RMA form.

My order arrived damaged - Now What?

We understand that occasionally the carriers like to play ‘Punt, Pass, and Kick’ with your packages, and that orders can arrive to your delivery address damaged. This only includes damage to the products themselves. Not damage to packaging, boxes, or any other superficial damage.

When this happens, please contact us immediately. Due to the nature of the products we sell we only accept returns within 21 days of your order date.
